All DC Sports exhaust systems are made of CNC bent T304 stainless steel and are completely hand welded. This ensures optimal fitment and precise welds that will last for many years to come. Hangers and flanges are TIG welded into position and are constructed from solid stainless steel for increased strength. Straight through muffler designs keep performance at a maximum, but also keep volume under 95db for most applications. DC Sports exhaust systems feature 4" tips with an engraved logo as well as all hardware and comprehensive installation instructions to make installation as easy as possible.
