Here it is! The genuine STi short throw shifter for the 6 speed manual is finally here. This unit replaces the entire shifter assembly, including the linkage to the transmission for a shorter and crisper throw. Actual shift length reduction is estimated at 15-20%, and the shift action is much more precise and has a more positive centering force. This is NOT the 6-speed shifter that comes with the WRX STi. This unit is the performance replacement for the factory unit.
NOTE: This is for cars with the 6-speed manual transmission only (e.g. WRX STi). There's a different version for 5-speed cars.
