| | Wideband Air/Fuel Gauges A wideband air/fuel meter is one of the best ways to keep track of what's going on inside your combustion chamber. Each wideband gauge comes with a special oxygen sensor that can precisely detect residual oxygen left in the exhaust stream.
Although modern cars have onboard air/fuel sensors, those sensors are only accurate around the 14.7 "stoichiometric" air/fuel ratio. Wideband gauges can read all the way down to 10.0:1.
