We accept all major credit cards, and PayPal.


Shipping & Handling (Continential U.S.)
Shipping and handling is automatically calculated by the web site, based on the size and weight of your order. You can review the shipping and handling options and charges before you finish checking out.

Shipping & Handling (International)
International shipping rates are also listed at checkout.  Be aware that some FedEx services do not include international customs brokerage charges, which will be due on delivery.  We suggest using USPS to avoid these brokerage charges.

Wheels and tires, brakes, exhaust parts, hoods and wings, spoilers, sway bars, and other large and/or heavy parts will cost more to ship. The site will usually calculate shipping automatically, but sometimes we will have to contact you with the exact amount.

Returns
All parts have the manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects. In addition, Mach V will warranty any product against manufacturing defects for one month from the date of shipment, regardless of the manufacturer's policy.

Other than warranty returns, new-in-box items may be returned or exchanged up to 30 days from date of shipment, excluding electrical (including light bulbs and housings) and electronic parts, which MAY NOT BE RETURNED. Items that have been installed on a vehicle, or which for other reasons cannot be resold as new, cannot be returned. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping and insurance on non-warranty returns is the responsibility of the customer.

If you do need to return something, email liz@machv.com. We'll give you a Return Authorization number, plus specific instructions on how to return the part, and what your credit/refund options are. Please don't just drop the part in a box and return it to us with no explanation; we will refuse the shipment if it does not have an R.A. number written on the outside of the box.
