It's made of billet aluminum. The polyurethane bushings are bright yellow. The outer coating is hard black super-indestructanium. (Okay, we made up the last part. But it's tough looking, that's for sure.) And it's a great value. How can you go wrong? Upgrading the "dog bone" pitch stop mount reduces engine movement and allows more power to be transmitted to the wheels, instead of wasted on moving your engine around.
Fits all 2002+ WRX, 2004-2021 STI, Forester, and Legacy up to 2009. (Does NOT fit 2010+ Legacy.)
Really easy to install and makes clutch engagement feel a lot more direct. After 200k miles and 20 years the factory piece actually looks pretty good but this is a noticeable improvement. Install is super easy too. On a flat driveway the old one came right out, make sure you loosen the bolt and not the nut. The transmission mount has a slot not just a hole so there's some wiggle room for installs. Overally really good looking piece and great shifter feel. These Kartboy dudes might know a thing or two.
