The Overtake short shift plate significantly shortens shift throws by reducing the shift action radius by 30%, resulting in faster gear changes and a more-connected driving experience. Unlike lightweight alternatives, this plate is purposefully designed to weigh nearly twice as much as the factory unit (3.0 vs. 1.7 lbs), increasing shifter inertia for smoother, more-confident motion between gears.

Precision CNC machined from 1018 low-carbon steel, the Overtake short shift plate offers exceptional strength and long-term reliability. A clear zinc plating provides excellent corrosion resistance, ensuring consistent performance in all driving conditions. Overtake's shift plate is a direct replacement for the factory unit and an OEM roll pin is included in the kit to ensure a perfect installation.
