With Cobb Tuning's Stage 1+ CAN flex fuel power package, the car's ECU will automatically detect the percentage of alcohol and adjust fuel, timing, and boost settings on the fly to make best use of the fuel that is coming in to the engine.
The Stage 1+ CAN Flex Fuel Power Package includes an Accessport V3, CAN flex fuel upgrade (CAN gateway module with harness/bracket and ethanol sensor), and the CAN Fuel Pressure Sensor Kit for the manual-transmission Subaru WRX 2018-2021.

This part is legalunder the provisions of EPA’s Anti-Tampering Policy. COBB Tuning has established a reasonable basis (testing results) via SEMA Garage Emissions Certification that verifies that this product allows the vehicle to operate within legal emissions standards and is therefore legal to be sold for on-street use in all states that accept the legal provisions of the Clean Air Act and EPA’s Anti-Tampering Policy.

Testing with the California Air Resources Board, in order to achieve 50-state compliance, is pending. Once testing is complete with California, and an EO number is issued, this product will be updated to 50-state legal status.
