These collars are so effective and we are able to use the electric stim on low settings for our pooches, just to cut through that intense puppy energy so they can hear what we are saying to them. They are able to learn in no time. And not every dog needs it, but it is a valuable tool to have them trained on this so recall is 100% of the time, no matter what animal or vehicle pops up in the road! I have our first one going on three years now with no issues at all with the remote or collar. I have had many years of physical therapy and if anyone is questioning the "Shock" delivered, it actually feels just like e-stim we get at physical therapy (I put it on my own arm to feel before I put it on any of my babies.)
This device is perfect for my shihpoo! Immediately responded to it… only had to use it three times on a mild setting…. Now if I need to … only use the “ tone” . If I put the collar on … we’ll it’s a little reminder I’m guessing. Well with the money.

I love this e-collar!!! Easy to use plus I purchased the magnetic clip holder which makes it super versatile. The zen skin I added to the order was slightly cracked otherwise I would have given 5 stars & have yet to receive a replacement.

All 3 of my dogs have e collars. This is the smallest range one that I needed for my grand dog, a little chihuahua. Introduced this in a positive manner and all is good. I would recommend this to everyone.

Work really well with my German Shepherd male puppy. He stays in his yard and listens better when he is wearing the collar. Would highly recommend it!
I love these collars. Good quality and easy to use. I use the micro for both my dogs. One is 10lbs and the other one is 45lbs but he is pretty sensitive so I found he works better with the softer micro.
We ordered the micro educator training collar, for two dogs. We also ordered the comfort pad and nylon collars. The customer service helped me pick out which training collar to get and explained to me what the comfort pads did. They were a bit slow on fixing an issue with the comfort pad but once they understood (with photos) what the issue was got it straitened out. Thank you for the follow through. It is tough finding companies with good customer service today is tough but you came through, thank you!
The collar has changed our dogs life he is completely off leash in a week.
