Perrin jack pads are intended to protect your car's pinch welds from damage when jacking your car from the side rails, whether road-side, at the track, or in the garage. Perrin jack pads install permanently (but reversibly) to the car's pinch welds, proving a solid flat surface to interface with your floor jack, jack stands, or service lift.
Perrin jack pads are CNC machined from billet aluminum, then anodized for long-lasting and durable finish. You get four black pinch weld jack pads, plus a red anodized adapter that is compatible with most OEM scissor jacks, so you can safely lift the car at the road-side in the event of an emergency.
We all know that the proper and safe way to hold a car off the ground is to use jack stands, but normal jack stands are not designed for use with pinch weld jack locations, and putting a pinch weld on a jack stand is one of the most common way to damage the pinch weld. Perrin jack pads are perfect for preserving the pinch welds while the car sits on jack stands.
Simple installation requires just a hex key. Unlike some single-piece jack adapters that you have to go look for, the Perrin jack pads stay bolted to the pinch welds, so you always know where to find them, and you can support the car at all four jack points as needed.
