This is an official Subaru Tecnica International team cap, in a tri-color motif that includes Subaru's World Rally Blue, STI's Cherry Red, and a complementing white.
STI says:
"The blue image color that symbolizes the Subaru/STI team is renewed to a more vivid color from the previous model with a calm impression. In addition, the STI's image color, Cherry Red, and the white line flow from the visor part to the crown to express a sense of speed. It is equipped with a visor longer than a typical cap so that it can be tested with the team and repeatedly to prevent sunlight and rain more effectively even on circuits with less shade."
